Klaus Renner

Klaus Renner is an electrical engineer with 25 years of experience in product development and systems design. He has extensive knowledge of analog, digital, power, RF, narrow band FM radio, ASIC, and firmware design. Having worked at TVGuide OnScreen and GCC Technologies, he is also experienced with software design and analysis on several platforms. Since joining Cooper Perkins, Klaus developed both the hardware and firmware, and devised the communication methodology for the Buffalo Bayou Orb project. For an outstanding EE, Klaus possesses an unusual inclination for mechanical systems - he recently rebuilt his 12,000-lb backhoe. He is also a competitive C-1 whitewater slalom paddler. Klaus earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
